From the point of view of Germans, the capital is not region where people live more richly but only a place where there is a government office», – he speaks.

Today the foreigner can receive a mortgage loan in Germany only provided that if it is the owner of a constant residence and the working contract or own business in EU territory, or the owner of the property which have adequate estimated cost and being in «a reach zone» bank.

According to experts, to Deutsche Banks the national identity of the client, trying to take the loan under purchase or habitation building isn't important. So, if the foreigner has a property as which the bank will consider sufficient for mortgaging maintenance, or constant highly paid work on territories of the Western Europe and own capital for the first payment – problems won't be neither at the Russian, nor at the inhabitant of any other foreign state.

So, for mortgage loan reception the non-resident of the country needs in Germany to bring own means from 50 to 60 % from habitation cost.
